Delivered Through the Same Ecosystem
Both programmes below run on the same Sophia, Zeus and ARETE infrastructure as the core Character Development Programme, so character evidence and technical evidence sit side by side, not in separate systems.
Business Administrator (Level 3)
Apprenticeship Standard ST0070
The Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, delivered with the eight ARETE layers mapped directly to its Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours. Zeus's assessor tools suggest KSB and ARETE-layer evidence together from the same submission, so character growth is assessed alongside technical competence rather than as an afterthought.
Employability Programme
For NEETs and Disadvantaged Learners
A focused route into sustainable employment for learners furthest from the workplace. Builds the foundational ARETE layers, self-awareness, emotional regulation, practical judgment and resilience, that make a first job stick rather than stall within the first few months.
